Excellent fit - Less than 10 minutes to install, December 6, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Sears L-gz120pst-3 Replacement Canopy & Netting Set only We (two of us) removed the old weathered canopy and replaced it with this new one in less than ten minutes. The fit was perfect (actually better than the original). We do not use the curtains/screens during the winter here in Southern California so we stored those until next spring but the canopy itself is of excellent quality and a blind monkey could install it with no problems. In the past week since we installed it, we've had pretty crazy winds (up to 60mph gusts) here in Ventura County near the beach where we live but the new canopy has held up great! Our original canopy lasted us about 5 years and if the replacement lasts even half that long we'll be even more excited but if it doesn't we now know when we can get a new one. I would highly recommend this replacement product.

I am very pleased with it. It was the right fit 10 x 12. Some places were advertising 10 x 10 for this unit that will not fit. >>Keep up the good work Amazon.com<<<
