This top was a perfect fit for my 10x12 Sears Bristol Collection Canopy. I immediatedly noticed the difference in the quality of this top. It was a thicker material and had more velcro fasteners on it. The top is very durable and can withstand heavy rains and winds.As a matter of fact during a wind storm of up to 45mph-50mph winds the top frame came off and bent and broke in several places.Much to my surprise the canopy top had one small tear in it wear one of the velcro strips had ripped off.The rest of the top is still in great shape if I decide to purchase another of the same type 10x12 Canopy from Sears..If your frame is still in good shape,then this top is great purchase for you.. This review is from: Replacement Canopy for Sears Bristol Collection 10x12 Gazebo We loved the weight of this product compared to the original. We were very please with how very heavy and strong the fabric was compared to the orginal. But....after almost an hour of struggle we found it was about 1 inche too small on length on each side making it too small to fit the frame. I should have been able to see it was not right as the top of the gazebo's seams didn't match up and it didn't go on without a major stuggle. I ordered the right size (10 x 12) but it didn't measure that on the final product. Had to send back. Very sad--we would love to have been able to use it if it had been made the right size.
